Fairfield Contract Ltd have been providing high performance weather proofing systems for roofs since it's formation. The materials we use are far superior than conventional alternatives, meaning many of our roofs are guaranteed up to 25 years. We are a TOR approved specialist contractor, so you can be sure we will provide the best quality materials and an efficient, professional service.
We have experience and are able to cater for all budgets and requirements, from residential roofs (ie. garages), to large-scale projects (such as high-rise flats and schools). If required, we can supply and apply the materials, but if you already have the required materials, we can supply the highly trained roofing specialists to apply them for you.

As an example of the work we have previously carried out, please see the before and after pictures below. They were taken on the roof of a bank in south-east London. As you can see, the roof was in a very bad state prior to our work, but after, the weather proofing which we applied makes it much less susceptible to weather damage.
